Refund policy

All Sales Final

Because our products are food items and may be perishable, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

No Returns or Exchanges

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any baked goods or edible products once they have left our facility—even if unopened.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review and make it right.
To help us resolve it quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging (if applicable)

If we confirm the issue was caused by us or the carrier, we may offer (at our discretion) a replacement or store credit.

Shipping Delays / Carrier Issues

Once your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. Refunds are not provided for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events beyond our control—however, we’ll do our best to help you track and resolve delivery issues.

Order Cancellations / Changes

If you need to cancel or edit an order, contact us immediately. We can only accommodate changes before the order is processed or shipped. Once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
